Our reasons for using it
- Your consent, when you give us permission for a specific purpose, such as messages about new programmes. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our agreement with you, to deliver the classes and programmes you have booked or paid for.

If you think a child’s information has been given to us without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect the safety of students and tutors.
Tutor applications are seen only by the Tutral team that handles recruitment.

Our students, tutors and service providers are in many countries, so your information may be stored or accessed outside the country where you live. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information while you use our services and for one year after you stop, then delete it or make it anonymous. Some records, such as payments, may be kept for longer where tax, accounting or other laws require it.
8. Keeping it secure
Access to booking and application records is limited to the team members who need it, and uploaded files are kept in private storage. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for messages about our programmes. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data-protection law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority. Email tutral.official@gmail.com and we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
